Robo Reliance LLC is a Colorado field service company formed in September 2024. We provide installation, preventive maintenance, break-fix repair, and remote support for commercial, industrial, and home robots across the United States, independent of any one OEM. That includes humanoid robots in businesses and homes.

Robot manufacturers don't want to build their own field service teams, and the businesses deploying robots rarely have robotics technicians on staff. We fill that gap.

Our 1099 technicians are recruited, vetted by our CTO, and trained and certified on each client's platform before dispatch. Technician recruiting is powered by Riderflex, the national recruiting and consulting firm founded by Steve Urban.

Robo Reliance is the third-party service layer between robot manufacturers and the businesses deploying them. We work across platforms and brands so OEMs can focus on building and selling, and operators can focus on running their businesses.

Our 1099 technicians are recruited, vetted by our CTO, and trained market by market around each client's deployments. As clients add deployments in a region, we add technicians. After-hours and weekend coverage available.
